Downloadable music company EMusic.com and The Pullman Group, the creator of Pullman Bonds, which allow artists to monetize their music catalogs, have teamed to produce a new MP3-only holiday album from R&B legend James Brown. The album was produced and licensed from David Pullman, the financier who recently completed for Brown a $30 million asset backed securitization based on future entertainment royalties.
